We are delighted to announce that The Window Hub has officially opened its third location: a new Cardiff office at Room 109, Regus, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Malthouse Avenue, Pontprennau, Cardiff CF23 8RU. After years of serving South Wales from our Bristol showroom, with our teams crossing the Severn week in, week out, we now have a permanent base in the Welsh capital.

A Note for Welsh Landlords
Private rented homes in England and Wales need an EPC rating of C by 1 October 2030, with a spending cap of £10,000 per property. The reformed EPC, which adds a separate Fabric Performance score, has been pushed back to the second half of 2027, but the landlord deadline has not moved. New A-rated (or higher) windows are frequently the single most effective upgrade for properties sitting at the D/C boundary. We also offer landlord packages with volume pricing for portfolios.
