Who We Are

thewindowhub.co.uk ltd was founded in 2020 with over 20 years of industry experience behind us and a simple mission: deliver premium windows and doors with straightforward advice, competitive pricing, and real respect for your home. In just five years, we have grown from a standing start to nearly £7M turnover with over 75 staff across our Bristol and Exeter showrooms and new Cardiff office, serving the entire South West of England and South Wales.

In 2025, we were named the G25 National Installer of the Year, the highest accolade in the UK fenestration industry, independently judged against every installer in the country. We are also NFA25 Award-Winning Staff recipients, recognising the quality of our people as well as our products. That kind of growth does not happen without doing things properly.

We hold FENSA, Government TrustMark, GGF, and Installsure accreditations. Every installation comes with a 15-year guarantee and insurance-backed protection. We are an Introducer Appointed Representative of Phoenix Financial Consultants, offering flexible finance options to make home improvements accessible.
